Intel VT-x might be disabled if it has been disabled in the BIOS/firmware settings or the host has not been power-cycled since changing this setting. 故障原因
其實(shí)很明顯，提示cpu虛擬化 沒有開啟，

解決辦法
進(jìn)入BIOS開啟虛擬化就可以了

PowerEdge R410 BIOS開啟虛擬化的方法：
1、重新機(jī)器，在開機(jī)畫面的右上角出現(xiàn)提示后，按F11 鍵（按下后顯示Enter Bios Booting Manager，大約需要等待1分鐘）進(jìn)如BIOS設(shè)置。
2、進(jìn)入BIOS選項(xiàng)后選擇 第五項(xiàng) “System Setup”項(xiàng)，按 Enter 鍵。
3、進(jìn)入選項(xiàng)卡后，選擇 第四項(xiàng) “Process Settings”，按 Enter 鍵。
4、進(jìn)入選項(xiàng)卡后，選擇 第五項(xiàng) “Virtualization Technology”， 按 “+”號鍵，將 “Disable”修改為“Enable”（并確認(rèn)為Enable）。
5、按 Esc 鍵一次，彈出三個(gè)選項(xiàng)，選擇第一項(xiàng) “Save changs and exit”。
6、選擇后機(jī)器自動重啟。設(shè)置完成。
